Hello everyone, my name is Bacardi.
We all have stories to tell and here's a little bit about me. I am a beautiful 10 yr old Westie girlie. Mighty cute, I might add, too.
I lived with my first family all this time and I will always love them. I needed a home where I will be the queen and without small children. They were very unselfish and I still can't believe how many people love me. April 30 was a tough day as I said goodbye to my family and then went in the car with Aunt Jan. We met some black dogs and we all got along great! We should form a group!
Then, Aunt Jan said we needed to go for another ride and because I like rides so well, I said, "Sure". We drove and we came to a house and I stood up before we even got there. I knew something was in store for me. We got all my stuff, my blanket, my food, my treats and my toys and chew sticks (a girl's best friend), and the humans cried some more. Aunt Jan said this was my new family.
I explored and I think I like this A-OK! There are stairs and a great porch to critter watch. Best of all, I think my new family is going to spoil me rotten. They kept talking about what they could buy me. Hmmmm. I hope they load up on those chew sticks!
So, it's a happy ending. Thank you to all who love me, my former family and my new family. I am a lucky girl,
Love,
Bacardi Gorton
