Okay, terriers, show your stuff! This is a good, old-fashioned costume party. Come dressed up in your fun costume, or in your fur suit (boo!) but be ready for lots of fun at camp Johnson where terriers frolic with the horses and other animals.
Kathy & Randy have graciously offered their wonderful facility to host our FOURTH Halloween party. We will have apple cider and other goodies for the humans, and treats for the furkids. Montrose is approximately 30 miles west of Minneapolis.
Join us for a costume contest, and lots of fun and games at this event. Last year, the terriers got to run in the large indoor riding arena before we started with the costume contest, and they had such a great time.
Due to rising costs, there will be a $5 charge per family attending.
We will offer first, second and third place prizes for our costume contest and 1st place prizes for winners of the games.
I know what some of the attendees have planned for costumes this year and can hardly wait to see them! Also, you MUST SEE Daisy Berg-Brown do the sock race. It's the highlight of the day.
Memory of Monroe will have its 2007 calendars for sale. They are way cute! Crossroads Animal Shelter in Buffalo, MN will have some great Scottie and Westie items for sale, including their wonderful crate pads. We at Memory of Monroe use these daily for the foster dogs and they give them a "four paws up".
Directions from the metro area: Follow 494 (north/south) or 394 (east/west) to Highway 12 towards Wayzata. Continue on Highway 12 west to Delano. At the Dairy Queen in Delano, go straight onto Highway 30 (heading west). Follow for 5.6 miles to Meridian Ave S. Turn left on Meridian Ave S. and follow to the end of the dirt road. Follow to the right driveway, and the Woodpecker Woods signs. Parking by the barn or driveway.

Please have your dog on a regular leash. No Flexi or retractable leashes allowed due to liability purposes. Scoopers and baggies available.
