Hello, my name is Maddie. I am a southern girl, originally from Georgia. I made the move to Minnesota with my family a few years ago and got acclimated to this fun, snowy weather.
My family raised me from a puppy, and then went on to raise their human children. Everyone loves me a bunch, and they knew that I would be better in a home where there was less activity. After a very tough decision, they let Scottie Rescue come in and find me a new home.

After some phone calls, emails I found a great home! I am now a cheese-head, living in LaCrosse, WI. My new family has had many Scotties before, and the house is full of Scottie items. Cool, huh?
My new family thinks I am great, and my new dad said he wouldn't trade me for a million dollars. I don't think I'd trade him for a million milk bones. I like it here and I'm treated like a queen.
Here I am
with my new family on my gotchya day.

That's my new mom and dad on either side of me and my new brother holding me. He kind of got the ball rolling for my adoption, and that's pretty neat. We surprised the rest of the family. They didn't know I was coming!
And the best part is that my old family is going to come and visit me! I will be very happy to see them.
New beginnings can be scary and we can get stressed about change, but this worked out wonderful.
Love, Maddie
