Updated 6/20/04 on Father's Day and guess what? I have a new father! And a new mother, and a Scottie brother and a Scottie sister. And I'll bet I have something none of you have - a rooster!
My foster mom and dad brought me to a thing called a "roundup". All those little white dogs were there. My new mom came to see me, and she said I could come live with her and Dad, Dusty and Day-zee their other dogs. Oh, and Denry the rooster. Here I am with my new mom!

I had a really good time in foster care with John, Steph and their wonderful dogs, but it was time for me to go to my forever home. Everyone says this is the absolute best home I could get, and I am just so happy. I am lucky to have so many people think I am wonderful, and I know I'll have a great life at camp Dodds!
Here I am
saying adios to my foster mom and dad.

Hey! I got a haircut and I'm looking pretty spiffy!

I had a fun day on the 31st of May.
We went to Aunt Linda's house and I got my ears lowered among other things! I had so many mats on my body and it hurt getting them out. But, I felt so much better afterwards. My Aunties were amazed at the beautiful boy under all that hair! Here's my side profile with my Aunt Linda - thank you Aunt Linda for making me such a stud!

Afterwards, we got to go outside and play. I am in love with a little blonde girlie named Luna. She's only 8 months old, but she sure made my tail wag! We had a lot of fun playing with Aunt Linda's doggies. That's me below on the left. My tail is across Luna's body, and Alex is trying to play Dominator with me. On the right, Luna is flirting shamelessly with me. I love her!

Hello Everyone,
My name is Max and I am a 13 yr old Scottie boy in need of my forever home. I've had a stressful week!
My owner brought me to the vet so I could go to doggie heaven, but there really wasn't anything wrong with me. Someone called my Aunt Jan to see if she could get me and she said yes - we all love older boys. I had my teeth cleaned and some pulled. Ouch! I hadn't been to a vet in years, nor have I had a haircut, as you can see.

The haircut and foster home both happen soon, and I know I'll feel so much better. In the meantime, I am really enjoying myself at Aunt Jan's Scottie nursing home. Seems there are some other geriatric rescues here too and we're having fun. No shuffleboard or bingo, though.
Once I'm in foster care for a bit and I get figured out to ensure I'm healthy and happy, I'll be ready for my new home. Until then, check back often for updates. Bet there will be one of my new hairdo here soon!
Love, Max
