Introducing Newton

Hello everyone, my name is Newton.

I am a young, wheaten colored Scottie boy who is full of fun and entertainment.

I was an Iowa boy, and owned by my mom and dad who loved me very much.  Unfortunately, their health declined and they were no longer able to care for me.  I went to stay with some family members, and they fell in love with me too.  But, I am not good around other small dogs, and their four dogs bore the brunt of that.  I do much better where I don't have someone my own size to play with if you know what I mean.

I made the trek to Minnesota towards the end of March.  I got a really cool foster family, and they have two Labrador Retrievers, Jack and Lucy.  They're bigger than me, but Jack lets me boss him around - Lucy doesn't!

When it came time for me to find my new home, I got a surprise!  I was already home!  My foster family couldn't let me leave and so now it's permanent.  Yippee!

Here I am with my new mom and dad, John and Terry.  Their hearts needed Scottie love in a big way after Petunia went to the bridge, so here we are!  A new, happy family.

Love, Newton
