Shorty!

Updated 1/19/04 - Yippee!  I have my new family!  Wow is it fun exploring new things!  On 1/18/04, Aunt Jan put me in the crate and we got into her car.  We drove for a little ways and she kept telling me that I was starting my new adventure and that I had graduated.  From what?  I guess it's this foster care stuff she's always babbling about.  Anyway, we got to this house, and I got to meet my new Mom & Dad!  They thought I was pretty special and you know what?  They even bought me a new toy, just like my new Westie sister has.  Her name is Zena.  I've got an older Westie brother named Cloudy, and will even have a couple of cats too.  How fun!  Mom & Dad live about 4 hours from where Aunt Jan dropped me off and Aunt Jan says that now I'm a cheesehead.  That's fine by me!  I love anything to do with food!  Thanks to everyone for their good wishes.  I hope to report back and tell you all that my leg-lifting, instigating days are over, but I'm going to be having fun!

Hello!  I am a five-year old Scottie boy looking for my forever home.

One of the best things about being in foster care is playing with all the toys.  Wow!  They are really a lot of fun.  I have almost as much fun with the toy basket as I do the toys.  hee hee.  Aunt Jan is constantly picking up after me.

I have humble beginnings.  I am a real stud muffin.  I wowed all the ladies at my former residence in Iowa and no doubt, have a bunch of my offspring scattered throughout the midwest.  Now I'm retired and put out to pasture, so to speak.  It's time for me to find a good home where someone will appreciate all I have to offer.

I have been neutered and I'm current on all my vaccinations.  I had some teeth pulled when they cleaned them, but I love my food and treats too!  I am finding this foster care business is really a lot of fun.

I need a home where someone will spend a lot of time with me.  My habits belong in a barn, but that doesn't work when you're a house dog, and I really want to have a house and a family.

I like playing outside and I really know how to Arrroooo, too.  Rosie Fiona, Aunt Jan's Scottie girl, got me going and we had an Arrrooo contest.  I get along with other dogs as long as they're not in my food dish.  I love toys -- did I mention that?

Here's a picture of me in mountain-goat form.  I surprised Aunt Jan by looking at her over the sofa.  She says I am a real character and always into something!

If you think I could be taught the rules in your home, let my Aunt Jan know.  She keeps telling me about this forever home stuff, and I cannot wait!
